Details:
This is a moderate 7.5 miles, no stiles, limited elevation, staying on the main paths (Pennine bridleway) with a lunch break on the Rochdale canal.
Please note, that due to the popularity of these walks, car sharing whenever possible would reduce parking congestion.
Advise: Walking Boots, Waterproofs if needed, adequate clothing, snack and drink.
Generally dogs are not permitted, with exception of Registered Assistance Dogs, but anyone wishing to bring a dog should contact the Walk Leader in advance to obtain His/Her consent or otherwise.
They welcome new and potential members to join their walks.
